I have ten years experience working with people in personal training and coaching to help them reach their goals. My functional training techniques are very effective for weight loss, toning, cardiovascular, prehabilitation and rehabilitation, and overall strength and fitness. Triathlon training and swimming is part of my repertoire.
As a personal trainer I can help you reach your goals whatever they may be. Being committed and dedicated to your goals will get the results you want. Remember to take one day at a time.

My passion Health Tips:

Make sure you drink plenty of water. We should drink 3-4 liters per day depending on body weight.
You should always stretch before you work-out to avoid injury.
Try eating smaller portions more often throughout the day.( 4-5 times per day )
Remember a portion is the size of the palm of your hand.
